Shelter Transport Animal Rescue Team (START) was founded in order to address the issues of overpopulation by providing
two very important components: TRANSPORTS and SPAY/NEUTER. All donations collected for a specific dog will be applied toward
that specific dog; however, if donations collected in the name of any specific dog exceed the present needs of that dog, the donated
funds will be applied to the general fund to save other animals in need.
