The Bakersfield Strays Coalition is working to prevent the dumping of dogs in Bakersfield, CA, through aggressive media and community outreach, building partnerships, and everyday boots-on-the-ground rescue efforts.
START provides spay and neuter services in low-income communities, protecting animals from the suffering and needless deaths caused by overcrowded shelters and life on the streets.
